How to teach a baby to swim

I found a video of the first time my baby ever went into the pool to swim. She starts by trying to swim, kicking and splashing, not quite sure how to keep the water out of her mouth but very excited all together.

Next is a video of the end of the summer trip to the ocean. After many pool visits and mommy taught swim lessons...my baby is a swimmer :-)

Isn't my baby adorable....and messy....and a pain in the butt! I didn't even know she could climb up there until the day she did ha, and then emptied the baby powder bottle EVERYWHERE! After reading a million articles about "talc in baby powder causes astma" and "dresser toppled on top of toddle" you think I could do a little bit better baby-proofing...*sigh* i'm working on it
